The XT Academy is offering a bursary worth R10,000 to five ideally qualified individuals.
If you have always wanted to explore the exciting world of property and take advantage of its lifestyle advantages, then this opportunity is the one for you.
The bursary, valued at R10,000, is for an accredited NQF Level 4 property practitioner certificate offered by XT Training Academy in East London.
To begin your journey as an accredited real estate agent, this qualification is essential. All things being equal, you will need one year to complete it. Watch out for more details later.
The bursaries will be awarded based on the following criteria.
1. Be a motivated and enthusiastic individual
2. Be mature and independent
3. Have financial support
4. Work experience
5. Possess a mobile phone.
6. Have a motor vehicle and a driver’s licence
7. Have work experience.
8. Matric is a requirement, and anything else is a bonus.
The terms are straightforward:
1. You should agree to work for XT Properties for at least three years after completing the qualification.
2. You need to complete the qualification.
3. You should agree to mentor other learners once you have completed the qualification.
4. You should be available to join the next intake.
5. If you are unable to meet these terms, you will need to repay the cost of the qualification.
