5 reasons why now is a good time to become a real estate agent

1.  Variety: Real estate agent is more than residential property. You can also specialise in commercial and industrial letting or sales.
2. Flexible schedule: For those who need time during the day to fit in family commitments, it is a big advantage.
3. Be your own boss: Once you are experienced, real estate agent bosses will provide some direction but for the most part, you will be left to get on with selling.
4. It’s quick process: If you going to sell or buy property, then you need a NQF4 qualification.
5.  Earning potential: At the start, you need to maintain yourself for at least three months.  Once you start earning, there is potential to earn the big bucks.
