This is a short course 2 day course where participants will learn how to get started in Auctioneering, how to do real estate auctions and cover different aspects of auctioneering in house sales, antique and general merchandising, household furniture and more.

This course is designed to equip participants with the basic knowledge of the purpose of valuation, zoning rights with the municipality, topography and the shape of the site and reporting.
