NQF 4 Training
This NQF 4 course is for any individual who wants to participate in the property and real estate industry, who started their internship after the 16th of July 2008. New entries will also be accepted and assisted in finalising their logbook while training for the qualification. This course serves to support and educate students while they obtain the required qualifications to become an estate agent in South Africa.
This is a compulsory 12-month course and is an essential element of becoming an estate agent. It includes a fundamental internship that is aimed at equipping the agent with all the crucial workplace skills necessary to operate successfully in the industry.
This qualification is a prerequisite for admission to the Professional Designation Examination (PDE) for estate agents, which is conducted by the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB).
The cost of the NQF 4 course is R10500 and includes all materials and resources required.
